and massage therapy and healthful living practices such as yoga, diet, and exercise.
Originally, located in Ocean Grove, New Jersey and in 2008 relocated to Naples FL
We offer people an idyllic place for relaxation and escape from the hectic pace of life.

Alvina is a Certified Teacher and Mentor for Soul Lightening, Int'l, offering classes in
Clinical Acupressure, SEVA Stress Release, Immune/Lymph Booster, Women’s Health Protocol, Chakra Tai Chi, Yoga and The Enneagram.
The Soul Lightening Acupressure Classes are approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association for continuing education, as well as the Acupuncturists (NCCAOM) and
Asian Bodywork Therapists (NCCAOM).
Her newest class is a retreat type 2.5 day The Art of Holistic Massage.
The series “Meaningful Touch” will launch Nov 2012 and is meant for Yoga Teachers, couples and anyone who wants to better touch others and just know good touch. Following the Basic Class is the opportunity to experience, Reflexology, SEVA Stress Release Acupressure, Energy Massage and Couples Massage.
Alvina sponsors workshops regarding creativity and holistic healing,
including a presentation on alternative health at the Liberty Science Center (April 2002).
